I was commissioned by the John Lewis Partnership to design a range of animal lampshades. This flying pig shade was made in an iridescent polypropylene material and came flat packed for self assembly. Devising a kit can often be as involved as designing a product. One of the most time consuming aspects is writing instructions with clear diagrams and testing them. After an exclusive period with John Lewis department stores, this piggie also went to market through Heals.
